What this website collects
This site has no contact forms, analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Like all websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use these logs for marketing.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply, prepare a quote and deliver the work you ask for. We don't sell or share it, except with the services needed to run our business: our email host, and Payoneer if you pay an invoice.
Client system access
If you give us access to your website, store, app, hosting or other systems, we use only the permissions the job needs. We don't copy your customer data unless the job requires it and you agree. You can remove our access at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project records only as long as we need them for the work and for our accounting records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@vimtro.com. If you tell us you don't want to hear from us, we'll stop.
